Spectrum-Energy Efficiency Tradeoff in Decode-and-Forward Two-Way Multi-Relay Networks

Owing to its high spectrum efficiency (SE), two-way relaying has aroused tremendous research interests. In this paper, the spectrum-energy (SE-EE) trade-off in decode-and-forward (DF) multi-relay networks is studied by considering non-ideal power amplifiers and non-negligible circuit. Firstly, we consider scenario of several relay nodes. To achieve better performance, node with highest energy (EE) selected as optimal one. Secondly, design allocation method allocate each transmission enhance EE SE. Finally, evaluate performance our additionally analyze how change nodes' relative position influences Simulation results show that: 1) proposed can higher SE than equal allocation, random only; 2) 3) increase at first then decrease when nodes move from middle source destination both ends.
